1. About XENEX AI

XENEX AI Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC869938). We operate the market analysis platform at xenex-ai.com (the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Not Financial Advice — Important Disclaimer

• All analysis, signals, scores, and recommendations are generated by automated systems and are informational only.
• Market data may be delayed by up to 15 minutes. It is not suitable for real-time trading decisions.
• Past signals and performance are not indicative of future results.
• You are solely responsible for all investment decisions you make. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial adviser before investing.
• Investing involves risk. The value of investments can go down as well as up. You may lose money.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Access and Future Subscriptions

The Platform is currently available for free. We intend to introduce paid subscription tiers in the future. When paid plans are introduced, we will update these Terms with full details of pricing, billing, and cancellation rights, and will notify users with at least 14 days' notice before any charges apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

This includes, without limitation:

• Financial losses arising from investment decisions made using Platform information.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Errors, interruptions, or delays in Platform availability.
• Inaccuracies in market data or analytical outputs.

As the Platform is provided free of charge with no commercial relationship between us and the user, XENEX AI Limited accepts no financial liability whatsoever for any claim arising from use of the Platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content or data without our written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to provide regulated financial advice to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on the Platform are the property of XENEX AI Limited and are protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

8. Platform Availability

We aim to provide continuous access to the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or withdraw the Platform for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability.

9. Access and Misuse

The Platform requires no registration and is freely accessible. We reserve the right to block access (for example by IP address) if we reasonably suspect misuse, abuse of our backend services, or any breach of these Terms. To stop using the Platform, simply stop visiting it.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
